One freephone or short number for several agencies

Use one single number or short number for all your branches is finally possible with our Geolocation service.

How does it work?

For any call from a landline, your customer can be redirected directly to the branch nearest to him/her.

If your customer calls from a mobile phone, a box (freebox, neufbox, livebox...), they simply enter their postcode and are directed to the corresponding branch.

No technical facilities

Only the telephone number of the agency concerned is required. You also have the possibility to simply manage several agencies in the same city or district. The average implementation time is 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the routing.


Actual statistics

With your Extranet access, you can analyse calls by Agency: received calls, lost calls call duration, waiting time, etc... but also at national level
