Contact Centre

Unlike the Call Centre, which centralises all of a company's incoming and outgoing calls, the Contact Centre centralises the management of all the communication channels used by the company to interact with its customers and prospects: telephone, email, chat, social networks, etc. It is an omnichannel platform that optimises customer relations and offers a better experience throughout the purchasing cycle.

Our contact centre can handle your inbound calls and/or outbound campaigns, website forms, emails and chat. For SMEs or large accounts, as well as for very small businesses. Our experts are trained to ensure quality and professionalism in all telephone (and/or editorial) exchanges on your behalf.

idelio has 4 call centres in mainland France and Guadeloupe to be as close as possible to your customers and to allow for an extended time span (beyond 9pm). Our qualified advisors handle customer calls directly or in overflow during your commercial operations.

Depending on your needs, our call centre can handle : 

  • traditional telephone reception and contact with your teams,
  • making appointments,
  • telephone support (level 1),
  • qualification of appointments or files,
  • recovery,
  • satisfaction surveys,
  • telephone canvassing,
  • fulfilment (mail processing, couponing, data entry, etc.)

VAS numbers

The 09 number is a virtual number. It is a non-geographic, non-surcharged number that complements your main telephone solution as an additional number.

No, the pricing of 08 numbers depends on the digits that make up the number.

Legally, for services charged at more than 20 cents per minute, the call must not exceed 30 minutes.

Depending on your objectives, there are different pricing schemes for short codes. It is up to the company to choose the desired pricing (for dedicated short codes only).

The short number 36 20 is the price of a local call, for the caller. This is the lowest rate, exactly the same as calling your neighbour on their landline.

The charge for the caller is up to you:

  • totally free, (free service and call)
  • local, (free service, and local call charges)
  • paying (from 0,05€TTC to 0,80€TTC / minute or from 0,05€ to 3,00€TTC / call)

The annual subscription for a number is €40,000 (Arcep tax), to which must be added, for the first year alone, a set-up cost of between €8 and €10,000.

The operator subscription (in addition to the Arcep tax), differs according to each operator

The short code is a 4-digit VAS number (or 6 digits for directories). Easy to remember, the short code allows your customers to access your services directly. You can opt for a dedicated number for your services (after-sales service, customer service, reception number) or the shared number 36 20 for your media campaigns.

The average regulatory implementation time for a short code is 10 weeks (or 2.5 months).

We will pay you 50% at 15 days (within a limit of an amount depending on the company) and the balance at 45 days.

No. Although some cases are possible, with the prefix +33, we do not recommend using a VAS number abroad. VAS number abroad. Indeed, a company cannot communicate on a number that cannot be accessed in most cases.

Interactive Voice Server

The Interactive Voice Server is an automated service for managing and screening incoming calls, using :

  • keypad (DTMF),
  • and/or voice recognition, 
  • and/or the location of the place of call.

At idelio, we offer 2 options: - we call the client and when the call is answered, the client is put in touch with the right contact person - we call the contacted contact person and when the call is answered, the contact person is put in touch with the client (depending on his availability)

You will have access to a back-office that will offer you the possibility to consult the details of the reminders with an off-hook, yes and no status.

- if it is an overflow call: we offer redirection to another static number.

- if it is a question of multiple routing to several numbers (depending on time and geographical area): we offer this option in addition to the native offer.

Virtual number

The cost of a virtual number depends on 2 parameters:

  • the number of numbers ordered,
  • the ease of remembering the number.

For a single number, our rates vary from 10 to 25€ HT for very easily memorized numbers.

A geographic number is a telephone number with a code. These are numbers beginning with 01, 02, 03, 04 or 05. A geographic number strengthens the local presence of your company and promotes proximity.

The 09 number is a virtual number. It is a non-geographic, non-surcharged number that complements your main telephone solution as an additional number. Used via IP telephony, the 09 number or virtual number is not attached to a physical line. It is billed at the price of a local call.

From your idelio back office, you can get a virtual number in 5 minutes.

Our teams can also assist you in setting up your virtual number within 24 to 48 hours.
